Strong 160-bit encryption ensures that no one else can view the information transmitted over the network. The software transparently works through firewalls and routers, and has support for dynamic IP addresses. Using this software, you can access email, files, programs and network resources at office from home or the road. You can help your friends or family solve problems on their computers remotely without leaving your home. System administrators can remotely access and manage multiple PCs from anywhere. Your sales force can access applications and documents and continue to work while on the road.

Version 5.2 adds sound and video capture improvements on Windows Vista and bugfixes.

I have used this program for many years and have always been very happy with it. The paid subscription is a small price to pay for what you get. Most other programs cost much much more.

I dont have any. It has been about 8 years since I started using the program and have not found another one I like more

I've installed and used the product for a few days. Works partially.
Cons
The remote audio does not work, at least in Evalution mode. Emails to both support@ & contact@access-remote-pc.com go unanswered.
Summary
Third party sales organization, no response from vendor / web site communications. I think they might be out of buisness and warn others before purchase.

Having installed the program there appears to be no way to get any further - how does one actually link to another PC? There is no menu item to do so.
