Used Absolute Toolbar for Windows?
Editors’ Review
This bookmark manager comes preset with hundreds of bookmarks, but users will be disappointed by this so-called free programs limitations. Absolute Toolbar uses a multilevel, tabbed interface that is designed to save space, but the result is a cluttered, hard-to-read toolbar.
It took us some time to find our way around, even with the aid of a help menu. Well give it kudos on the number of links--there are definitely a lot of links available with Absolute Toolbar, and each one quickly took us to the corresponding Web page. The publisher of Absolute Toolbar claims that its free, but in order to add new categories or change any of the toolbar's settings, you have to purchase a deluxe version.
Absolute Toolbar does include some helpful features, such as the Reference and Zoom tools, but like the rest of the toolbar, the overkill of options could be confusing to some users. All said, there are plenty of bookmark managers out there that don't expect you to pay for more options.
