bogus email support - you're on your own

They claim to give "unlimited email support" - there is none - correction - BEFORE I ordered they answered a question - since then I have sent numerous emails over a period of weeks asking for help on the download - not a word from them - they also claim there's a free email course - also baloney - tried to get it three times, doesn't exist - they say you get free upgrades, but judging from the rest they claim I doubt that's true either - these guys are over in Korea which may explain why they're so unaccountable - the program's ok but you can do better and also get some email support and a company that's accountable - save your money.

Pros
It's really helpful for all levels of guitar players. You don't have to know much to learn the notes.
Cons
You're limited to 3 frets only (open to 3rd) To learn every note on the fretboard, you have to pay for it, which is not worth it. Get Fretboard Warrior instead. It's free for all frets of the guitar.
