  This program is a good example of a waste of time (there is not much positive to say about a program that doesn't do what it promises).

  Will not delete files that are problematic.

  For those who have trouble removing the software, recommend you search for full name, which starts with Snowcamel Absolute Delete. This should let you remove the program using the Windows tool. Don't rely on communication from the vendor, as they apparently do not respond to emails.

  i wanted to delete files of vista which can't be deleted by windows explorer. this software also failed to do that.

  Just 1 pro - easy to use interface.

  Cons

  I have WinXp Home. Gobbles up ram when running in background. causes other programs to freeze or crash. No uninstall option. Masks itself from Windows Add/Remove Programs. So how do you delete Absolute Delete? Email to support@snowcamel.com returned as undeliverable.

  It's a common misconception that deleted files are fysically removed from the hard disk. A deleted file is flaged by the operating system that it can be overwritten but until this is done, the actual file can easily be recovered by an undelete tool. Only with ABSOLUTE DELETE you are deleting and overwriting files at the same time, save, clean and unrecoverable.
