This ultrabasic program takes care of its main job, but does nothing else. Simply put, AbAlarm reminds you of any important meetings or appointments you might have. The interface won't turn many heads with its design, but is nevertheless easy to understand and use. You set the time for your alarm, choose from one of three sounds, and write a custom reminder message. When the designated hour rolls around, the application will pop out of your system tray and alert you with a message and alarm. Though AbAlarm won't impress you with its power or extensive features, it is free, which might increase its appeal to cash-strapped users seeking a simple reminder utility.

An interesting program for those that forget things

Like me, I don't keep track of time while using the computer. So when I discovered this Program I can now be reminded easily of those things.
Cons
Its a little difficult to understand to configure the event you want to be reminded of. but its an excellent tool once it is used.

I would perfer is this program were accessqable to people with disables. I am blind and this program was not easy to use.

If you need a simple reminder program , this is it. It will stay in your taskbar and popup a reminder at the specified time. It will allow only one reminder at a time, so for you multitaskers, it may not be robust enough. The biggest drawback of the program is the ugly and hard to read interface.
