Wincom is communication software which allows users to send encrypted messages to another user using their IP address. To use this utility, you just need to enter the remote host IP you want to connect to, and exchange messages easily. The window looks like a simple chat and a lot of options are configurable. You can change notifications settings and use any port that is available if needed.
