  Potentially a good way to download videos. Potentially easy to use.

  Won't work with Windows 7. Many virus alerts.

  This used to work with my Windows XP machine just fine, but it does not work not matter what I try with my Windows 7 machine. Also, if you are using Avast, it does not like this program. I would avoid it until Veoh cleans up their act.

  It just does not do what it says it will do.

  Summary

  After several attempts I managed to install the software. Then it needs several attempts to upload a video. Then I can't play it back. The window in which the software runs is blocked all the time. Just does not work. The website keeps on generating error messages, like the video that I managed to upload can't be found. After some attempts, it finally shows. In a very poor quality... Now I will try to uninstall.

  Summary

  I just received a major threat warning from my virus/malware program (AVG and Spyware blaster). I am having a difficult time removing the program. I uninstalled it after sending the program into isolation, restarted my computer and received another major threat warning about veoh.

  Please I request everyone not to download this. It was detected by Eset Smart Security 4 on 21/5/2011. I do not recommend you to download this.

  For a convincing evidence, just observe when you visit veoh.com. Many pop-ups appear which is supposed to be a sign of viruses intruding your computer!

  when it works it works well.

  it locks up on startup most of the time and you need to access the taskmanager to force it to shutdown. otherwise you have to do a total rboot of your computer to make it stop.

  it is an unreliable piece of junk tech, they were more interested in pushing a bug ridden system off on peoplethan getting it right. when it decides to mess up you have to remove the video that it messed up on because it will never play it, then you have to download another version. the downloads are slow, even with a fast internet. when you want to view something it eats time to have to redownload whenever it messess up the first time. the only thing good about it is it will shut downif forced by the task manager. it would be a good player if they'd left the thing alone after they got it right about 9 months ago. But they justhad to "improve" it,and got it wrong. now it's next to useless.
