  Do not sign up for there FREE trial. Even After cancelling the trial within the 14 day period they will still charge you . customer service is a joke You Have Been Warned !!!!!!!!!!

  find anything when it works.

  Cons

  often slow, reader application locks frequently and especially when deleting files you no longer want in the reader application. Unsure if all are same, but spam files, password locked files with no password and viruses are easy to stumble onto.

  After the free trial you will be charged $105. Even if you choose cancel in the software.

  Summary

  I started the free trial knowing that I would cancel before the end of the trial. My mistake was that cancelling in the software that you download didn't work for me. I get an email saying they are about to charge my credit and the same day my card is charged. They wont refund my money.

  Payment required as they fail to cancel regardless whatever action you take in the trial period. Quote from their Customer Service team. "The contract is valid whether the service was used or not since we have provided all services as stated in the terms and conditions".

  Summary

  AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Worst Customer services on the planet and will send debt letters for services that you've never even used.

  None. My account never activated.

  Cons

  They got my dollar but my account is inactivated. There support refused to help me activate my subscription. The system to cancel subscriptions fails. Because they fail to cancel a subscription, they charge $100 Account is still not activated, even after paying. They refuse to give a refund.

  Fast downloads - tonnes of content - excellent search engine

  Beyond the control of usenext, but in the 5 years that I used Usenext I have noticed a huge increase in viruses, trojans, malware and misnamed files. I was very happy with them to begin with As people have stated, they send everything to collections. I'm now fighting an item currently in collections where my payment didn't go through, my access was never granted, i wasn't able to download a single byte and they now want me to pay for service never provided or received.

  Summary

  Either use prepaid credit card or find another provider. Run either very good or double virus protection

  I have been a user/subscriber to UseNext for about 5 years now and have absolutely no complaints with the service they provide. Like many, I have had difficulty navigating usenet servers using a variety of readers. The UseNext software eliminates the confusion and allows me to search and find just about anything I want. Plus, their customer service has always been prompt in responding to any inquiries.

  Cons

  A little expensive for their top tier service.

  infinite Usenext is run as if it's prime purpose were to create new scams and con-games. Use it and you will get burned, eventually. Here's how they got me. 2 months into a one year membership my account was deactivated due to my violating terms of use agreements. My violation? I had gone ten days without accessing my account! Never heard of a minimal use requirement before. They gave no courtesy email notice of the impending ten day violation, just bam! Shut it down and, sorry no reactivation or partial refund for the ten months left unused on our "agreement".
