Pros
Does as advertised. Allows me to play 7.1 surround on an older PC that does not have the required sound input.
Cons
At times, when you turn it off, then it may not come back on unless you re-download the software that comes with it.
Summary
Overall I am happy with this product and recommend it to anyone thinking about getting in. Well worth the small amount of cash.
