Love It, Glad I Installed

- Can actually speed you computer (to a point) Built-in help file for those new to tweaking. Simple no frills interface. Tiny (~1MB)

- No longer being developed. Nothing else other than its a bit old and has much fewer features than most other 'system cleaners' But some of its features actually do make a noticeable difference to performance.

- All in all this is a great little application to have for XP systems and while it does lack features of other 'system optimizers' like cleaning temporary files its still a good program to have around. Also there is one feature that allows you to speed up boot times but that you will have to find out on your own. ;)

- The boot time on this mature XP system has definitely Improved. Noticeably. It's not like new out of the box, but of course there's more installed and running than that.

- The raw, simple tweaks that actually worked throughout the life of XP are in this. Simple install. Remember to stick to what you know.

- I would have liked to see one or two tweaks more customizable but, for the most part, that would be overkill.

- There are only a few common tweaks in XP and later MS OSs that actually make any noticeable improvement. Ignore hard-core tweakers unless they know your set-up inside and out; this does the few simple changes to make things a little smoother, particularly on older hardware. Again, stick to what you know. This is totally free and is not a residual-runtime app. Make the changes and that's it.

- I installed this on Vista only to move the boot files and it worked as advertised. It made a massive improvement in my boot time.

- The only issue is when first starting, it says something about not finding files to start, but you just click OK and away you go. I don't really hold this against the program because it is not certified for Vista in the first place.

Among them are: ultrafast boot (rearrange boot files); boot folder defragmentation; prefetch folder cleaning; DNS cache optimization; and file allocation size tweak. However, that isn't all. It includes a plethora of other performance tweaks, which will make your Windows installation run faster than ever before, as well as Windows Service configuration. For the first time ever, it allows the user to control a few of the most common performance suckers and annoyances.
Version 1.5 has a few major fixes to its code, as well as new tweaks (USB polling and what now).
