Perfect for me, a freelance software developer.

Pros
1. Easy to use yet can do almost everything I need. 2. Can prepare invoice with detailed list of time spent. 3. Being desktop application I do not have to pay monthly like the online time tracking services.
Cons
1. Being desktop application I have to always worry about taking back up of the database. 2. Can't add adhoc expenditures in invoice, though can modify the excel invoice and add them and the print a pdf.
Summary
I work as a freelancer and have to invoice my clients on hourly rate. This time tracking and invoicing software is somehow exactly tuned to meet my purpose ! In time tracking mode it shows a small window that can be minimized to a translucent title bar. Doesn't at all come in way of my other works. Notes can be added to the hours spent and are reflected in invoice giving the client a full understanding of how hours were spent. In full view can immediately see the hours spent on various projects this week. Overall a very nice product !
