look at other reviews by this company. support terrible. refund a scam. would be out of business if US company, BUT IT IS NOT. No recourse.
Summary
Tech support not helpful. Level 2 support more helpful, but only avail 9-5 Indian time. Program not working. Demanded refund, they suggested creating bootable HD,installing into computer, booting off this. When I told them this seems unreasonable, I called my own tech support. Company is based in India. No recourse to get money back. Still stalling. Buyer beware.

My novell server crashed and I was in a fix.All the users who had stored their important data starting going panicy.I searched the net for a viable solution.I found stelnet and used the downloaded demo copy.It showed my data.Without any delay, I ordered for the full version and recovered about 95% of my data. Although the software is a bit expensive,it was worth the money.
