bobrowe.usmc- Pros
- several years ago, this loaded and worked very well
- Cons
- Now virus protection catches a virus while installing
- Summary
- Can't trust this one
Quick Reports viewer, only exports to graphic files
j_a_k_u- Pros
- Lets you view Quick Report (QRP) files Free It works Simple to use (no, really it is - all functions available in the tool-bar)
- Cons
- Can only export to PDF, WMF, EMF, JPG and BMP
- Summary
- I'm guessing that this is a simple application that just contains a Quick Report control. You can open, save (as QRP) and print Quick Report files or export to graphic-format files as mentioned above, in which case you get one graphic file per page. The remaining tool-bar buttons allow you to move to the first/previous/next/last pages (these look like rewind/fast-forward arrows) and to zoom in and out. Symantec Endpoint didn't object when I scanned and installed this but as it doesn't do what I want (export to Excel) I have uninstalled it.
It worked for me, but some have said it has a virus?
gloricle- Pros
- It works. It's free.
- Cons
- Is not user-friendly for the average user.
- Summary
- Works, but may need a few tries. Unsure whether it has a virus.
contains virus
saurav_biswas- Pros
- the situp contains virus
- Cons
- the virus file is is-GPTME.tmp

Save your download time
zapvolt- Pros
- It works with QRP files. It's free and it may work for you.
- Cons
- It produces a non-scrollable screen display... you may need a big window and a very high resolution screen to see all of the text of a page. In the short time I spent with it, I could not find out how to page to the rest of the document. The screen looked very DOS like... not like a standard windows program. I have since uninstalled it.
- Summary
- It works... but its very clunky.
CNET USERS BEWARE: Suspected Trojan Downloader
MAXXout- Pros
- Not sure because I couldn't run the application.
- Cons
- Could very well be a trojan.
- Summary
- Was looking for a file viewer for QRP files and trusting CNET's spyware-free claims, I blindly installed the application (without scanning the file before proceeding) and AVG Internet Security snagged the file. I don't know if it's a false positive, but I wouldn't take any chances with it.
