Secure-Runner allows administrators to define list of programs, which limited users can start with administrator rights. This way the administrator can make it possible for limited users to work with programs which require administrator rights to run properly without giving those users full administrator access to the computer. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.

Great to deal with lack of insight from Microsoft

Pros
Allows you to run programs with administrator privileges while using limited accounts with out giving out admin passwords. Easy to use interface. Low learning curve.
Cons
Couldn't allow shortcut under "All Users" account to run (not a big deal, I just copied the short cut a user name and it worked fine)
