  This program was downloaded and upon starting already tells me, "trial period is over?" I just installed it so I gave it a "one star" but it does not even deserve that. This could have been a great program.

  Pros

  I thought I would like that I would have one place to enter all of my sources for my thesis and be able to access them easily.

  Cons

  I am required to use Chicago Manual of Style formatting for my thesis. It is a complicated type of formatting with many requirements so I sought out a software program that would support it. ScholarWord said it did, but it does not. I sent them examples of where it was wrong and cited the CMS text with the appropriate formatting rules hoping they would fix it, but this was the response I received (Just as a side note...I was NOT having integration issues, it is a programming issue they are aware of and they still refuse to fix it or refund the money):<p> <p>I think you might be asking for the impossible. With the nuances of chicago formatting it is impossible to program every situation that might arise. Also, we have a strict no refund policy. This is stipulated on our website and during the purchase process. This is standard in the industry and it is also why we give a seven day free trial before you have to purchase to continue use. We encourage the free trial especially because some of the word processors have minor integration problems (because we run on so many platforms) so we want people to make sure it works on their machines with their software.
