I have a sansa fuze (a really cool little mp3 player) and the sansa updater is simple, easy to use and works flawlessly. My sansa will always be up to date. Firmware updates are super fast, taking 1 minute at MOST

Pros
I have a Sansa Express, and the application does not work properly. It downlloads the firmware, needs a restart,and when the updater starts, it displays a message"Warning: do not disconect your device" and it stops here.The main screen freezes at 50%
