It takes you to Creative's site, which says: <p>"The document you requested does not exist on this server or cannot be served." <p> <p>They no longer support this unit. I gave it one star only because I had to, to leave a comment.

Creative makes some fine products but their support is downright terrible. I have been complaining for YEARS that they have not written a driver for 2000. Now the world is fully into XP and they STILL havent written a driver. This is in no way acceptable support for a multinational company such as Creative. Can they just not figure it out!?!?! Oh but it works for NT 4.0 and 95 because everyone runs that now of days! <sarcasm> <sarcasm>
