  NONE and their is NO support they fob you off

  everything is a con it took over our family PC and i lost my username and password, I contacted customer support who wanted £35 to fix it for me and mocked me when i said i would complain to trading standards PLEASE DO NOT USE or you will have to format your hard drive and lose everything its a con

  Pros

  This product works well, but is missing some things that would make me buy it. I downloaded the trial version and ran it. I tested the porn blocking features and website blocking features and they worked great. The only drawback to it is the time control feature. The program only allows you to designate a specific time frame for each user not a set amount of time. With our busy schedule, it's hard to allow the same person on the computer/internet at a specific time.

  Cons

  Time control needs work. Time control needs to allow for each user to have a set amount of time and not a specific time to get on. Example I give our kids 30-45 minutes a piece on internet, but this program only allows you to designate a specific time like between 5 and 5:30. If they programmers could make this program more flexible would definitely buy it.

  can use on up to 3 computers with out purchasing extra licenses

  Cons

  when I restarted my computer after install, I had no connectivity for my wireless connection. Tried everything, had to uninstall to use the internet. Emailed then over a week ago, and have not gotten a response back yet

  Pros

  I have tried many different Internet Security packages in relation to parental control. Netintelligence by far outweighs each one in terms of features, ease of use and actual performance. After two days of the trial I had decided to sign up. Very worthwhile product and goes the extra mile by offering Anti-Virus.

  I downloaded this mainly with the aim of monitering what my children were doing online whili I was not around. I found it easy to install, and to set up user names, etc for my children. It includes a URL blocker, which seems to be quite effective to me, but it also monitors exactly what users get up to on the PC, including URLs visited and blocked, and monitoring their Instant Messaging. The online reports it gives are clear and very informative - certainly providing enough info for my needs. I was also pleased that virus protection is included in the package - this too was put into effect without any bother - and the price seems very fair.
