There are no pros. It would not open after the set up.
Cons
Kept getting error messages when I tried to open it. Finally had to uninstall it as it took up much space and memory but was not working.

There are many anti virals that will interfere with Jumpto. AVG is one that is known to prevent Jumpto from working. If you have issues with starting Jumpto up, disable your anti virus program and see if that helps. Alternatively, you can contact Anthony in the Jumpto Support Group at mysupport@jumpto.com

When I first read their description I didn't understand how it protects me on the internet as I am a regular VPN user. After using jumpto I am really impressed.
- Changing a country IP for browsing seems instant
- My utorrent is super fast after I added 127.0.0.1 port 8080 in the proxy settings - you have to see this to believe it, I went from 26kbps to 450+ right away.
- Works great with hulu desktop, wow! It even made my VNC faster
Cons
Not enough countries to choose from and all my software needs a manual proxy setting to use it.

So let all your friends know and start collecting the free secure bandwidth. The faster we grow the faser more countries will be added to the menu.

Completely Unusable.
Cons
Downloaded software. Tried to set up a user account when I launched the software but it kept looping back to the create account page. Was able to set up an account on their website. Went back to the program to sign in and again kept looping back to the sign in page. Tried to get "live help", but all departments were offline. Wasted two hours trying to tweak this stupid software and now I am going to download something else.

Complete waste of time.

Works fine for me. Check your computer settings. Maybe a firewall or antivirus?
Pros
I downloaded Jumpto and created an account. When I get into it I just dont understand what it does. It says protected but protected how and from what? I am in Texas and use https a lot, is Jumpto better than that? Going to have to look into this a little more if Im going to keep it.

Thank you for the review. What you are experiencing is something that we are addressing right now. We have a video in the works which explains it. On the surface, Jumpto is just another browser. But this browser does not have all the whistles and bells that you are used to in a browser. The power of Jumpto is all under the hood. You can't see it but your identity on the Internet no longer is where you would expect it. Your traffic, the data you send out is encrypted. What Jumpto does is protect the identity and the data of two or more parties communicating online. Ok so I was looking for software that would be easy to use and did the job. So I tried this Jumpto and got a heck of a surprise. Poking around the software I found the secure kids area, I created kid account for my two boys (aged 4 and 6) and then let them play with it. I can't get my computer back now, thanks. (jk)
Seriously though, I love what you did with securing kids.

I am afraid that the 250Mb bandwidth that I get free every month will be enough and we don't have a lot of friends with computers. I would like to see more free bandwidth

This is a very cool piece of software that performes as expected and then some. The kids thing is awesome and so far I have not spent a penny on this. Lets see what my kids end up doing with it. Good job.

The free bandwidth that we give out can also be increased by filling out your information in the Account Properties area under the My Profile tab.

this browser really easy to setup, after signup, click on a map and choose one of available 3 locations, then you good to go.
Cons
consider to increase free subscription capacity per month (at least 500mb)

The 250Mb is just a base starting point. You can earn up to 5G of free secure bandwidth per month for life by inviting friends and filling out your account details. As an example, if you invite just ONE friend (verified account) you both will get 500Mb of free secure bandwidth.

Only 250MB/month for the free version this could be more, and i have problems to install on windows xp.

Hello Dare,
By using the invite system and the account information area of the software you can earn up to 5Gb of free monthly bandwidth for life. Also, we are aware that some people on XP are experiencing problems. Just make sure that your system update is current and that .NET 4 is installed. I believe you need the SP3 version of XP to run this. If you still have issues installing on XP, just contact our support group (support at jumpto dot com)

Free of charge, easy to download and navigate. Great for beginners who have no experience with proxy software. Contains family filter for children protection.
Cons
Adding more countries would be nice. Apart from that, I haven't found anything wrong with Jumpto, so far.

If you are looking for the least possible proxy software, try Jumpto.
