Our software is a full motion animation stretch break reminder and guide with 15 unique stretches. It is customizable, allowing the user to set the frequency of the stretches, number of stretches presented per interval, and length of time that the stretch is displayed on the screen. Our program also allows the user to create his or her own messages. That means the user can enter an unlimited number of separate messages that she or he would like to display as an alternative to the animated stretch. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.
