It does accelerator download speed and does a lot of goodies
Cons
There's a chance it'll bring malware and/or adware onto your system with this version. The adware problem is supposedly fixed with the latest release, but the malware problem still might be a concern.

I'm not sure if it's worth getting, so please download this at your own risk. Orbit downloader is an alternative with a similar UI for those interested.
