  it cuts the costs of sending sms through your phone.

  recipients can't respond to your sms. they have to reply by writing a new sms.

  it doesn't even send sms! they display sms sent but nothing is sent!

  does not remember the contacts when updating to a new version, <p>perhaps it will be fixed in the new version (if ICQ dont kill them first)

  Pros

  Works via sending SMS through ICQ, can be accessed anywhere in the world via GPRS, fast sending..

  Cons

  must make ICQ accounts to use with program, each account is about 16 messages, can get stuck sometimes, only israeli networks, a network in Australia and one in the USA.
