good for outgoing sms only

Pros
it cuts the costs of sending sms through your phone.
Cons
recipients can't respond to your sms. they have to reply by writing a new sms.

Pros
Works via sending SMS through ICQ, can be accessed anywhere in the world via GPRS, fast sending..
Cons
must make ICQ accounts to use with program, each account is about 16 messages, can get stuck sometimes, only israeli networks, a network in Australia and one in the USA.
