Old, Out dated and seemingly not maintained

Pros
Emule "brand" connotated to me a renagade file sharing event and I also thought somehow emule had special access to some of those international tv stations which usually just are not accessible from here US. Dream on.
Cons
None of the tv stations worked. Perhaps the radio staions worked but I did not try them as I just was interested in the tv stations.

Pros
It allows you to save favourites and has a nice interface.
Cons
Not as fast to load, lots of buffer, stalls while viewing, not as many choices and half of them are not available for viewing - Too frustrating.
Summary
I give it a C+ as it looks like they've put effort into it. I'll keep an eye on this one and see what they do in the future. Download KitePlayer instead. It's the best one I've tripped over yet. It's free, has none of these problems, and rates a B+ from me.
