Email Templates has the ability to create customizable message templates, speeding the process of handling e-mail. These templates can then be applied to messages, contacts, or used individually to rapidly respond to e-mail with increased consistency and personalization. This latest release includes tons of new productivity and organizational features including new Template Hot-Keys, HTML Quotes, Quotes with Attachments, Multi-Level Subfolders, new Template Elements folder with shared custom elements, and support for the latest version of Microsoft Outlook.

Overpriced and Poorly Supported

Pros
For quick easy standard replies, it works fairly well.
Cons
For complex replies, it uses TCL, which is fine, but they did not write it and when the programmer who did left, they were not able to support it, so they created a new version using basic and of course they wanted everyone who trusted them enough to buy their product to repay for the new version which was completely unnecessary.
Summary
Use the free version, if it is still available or buy if they come out with one, that is more reasonably priced. It's worth about $20. Almost $100 is priced too high for what you get.

Really helps cut down on cut-n-paste email responses. Definitely recommended for anyone that needs to respond to a lot of email.
