• This Company is unreliable for Term Customers.

  Pros

  Good Software that was designed by the previous managers who were honest and reliable. I don't use it a lot but it was there for when I wanted to use it and again it's been disconnected by making my new serial number unavailable. Support should be reprimanded.

  Cons

  The new company doesn't honour previous purchases and will make your software unusable. I purchased the software in Aug 2010 for a lifetime of service had it reconnected early this year, now it's been disconnected again. Lifetime means lifetime when you pay so much.

  Summary

  The company isn't honest and won't be reliable so beware!

  Website clearly states the free version converts to MP3 but in the settings for Encoder, it will only show OGG. Website is not helpful, iturns forum missing.

  free version does not burn or convert to mp3, no support for free version, instructions are outdated, web site untruthful regarding mp3 support

  Their web site says the free version supports mp3 but it does not. There is only their own ogg format listed in the encoder drop-down menu. The minimalist instructions on their web site cannot be followed as the itunes menu items it refers to are apparently outdated. I spent an hour trying everything to figure it out and finally uninstalled. NO GOOD.

  Summary

  I found this as I needed to get MP3 files out of iTunes. Fantastic I thought, just the job. Found it only creates .OGG files. On top of that the Track and Artist tags are sometimes right, but more often Track1, Track2 etc. I've raised a support ticket and got their standard response saying they had refunded my money to my credit card. Strange as I'm using the Free version. I've given up. Next job; to restore my system to the point in time before I knew about this poorly conceived product. Not a good experience.

  Maybe it works, maybe it does not... I do not know. What I know is it is a demo that "only works with their stuff".

  I searched for two days to find a program that would do exactly what this one does, and it does it effortlessly and without problem. Thank you so very much for releasing this, and as a bonus, making it freeware!

  Pros

  The first free software that make sense. I had many problems with iTunes and my new eeePc, but with this unbelieveable software it was no problem. My respect to the makers.

  I have no cons. Everything works well.

  Downloaded it, windows gives you a warning (should of listened) that it's an unknown/unsigned driver. Did what the program said to do. as soon as it starts burning the songs, it only does the first one sucessfully then the program crashes. Tried over and over with diferent songs, same outcome. kind of freezes itunes when trying to exit itunes. You can't open the program from the desktop icon, only from the taskbar icon?? Uninstalled the program, watch out. uninstalled/wiped all my removable media drives/ flash drives/drivers were gone. Tried everything to get them back, find them ,nothing. Was deciding to wipe comp and recover. Put a dvd disc into drive just to save some little lists and stuff and it froze up. Couildn't get it out so I had to manually turn off comp with dvd in drive. started it back up and lo and behold! all my drives/drivers were back. Don't ask me how. Maybe it works for you but I wouldn't reuse this if you paid me to. Worst download I have probably ever come across.   Pros

  Finally a DRM solution that you don't have to pay 20-30 dollars for. What a great solution. Works right out of Itunes.

  Cons

  Windows threw up a "unsigned" warning but did not seem to be something to really worry about because it works fine.

  but when i installed my computer started to create a restore point i did not ask it to but cant say if its because of this program. Next a box came up warning me about the signature and that it was not compatible with windows i think

  more cons here and it told me if you proceed the computer could become unstable.
