This all-encompassing encryption tool gives you the ability to encrypt e-mails, files, and folders, manage passwords, and shred files. Most of its features worked well for us, but we couldn't get the e-mail encryption to work properly.
CenturionMail has a very basic user interface. It features a small window with straightforward buttons for each task. We started our tests by encrypting and sending a message, and found that we had to consult the Help feature first. We had our e-mail client up and running, but when we tried to attach and send a message, we were told that the message could not be sent and to check our configurations. Another visit to the Help feature didn't give us any idea of how or where to make those configurations. We had much better luck with the program's other features. The file and folder encryption worked quickly and without any issues. The password manager let us enter our username and password, and import and export the information.
If this program were free, we'd tell you to give it a shot. But it's not worth paying for a program that isn't fully functional. The program uninstalls from your PC without leaving a trace.
