Simple and easy to use, an excellent product

all I managed to do was to make the previous version of helpcenter unusable.
Summary
Went through the full install process 3 times. Did a removal between each install. Same failure to operate each time.

Does these tasks efficiently with simple upgrades.
Cons
Some the upgrades I do not plan to ever use or to use in the near future. I would like to be able to segregate these into a seperate site and refer to them at long intervals.
