How does one install this application anyway? I even went to their site and downloaded version 6 of ACT, and nothing happened. NO TECH SUPPORT, not evne an email address for technical support. You have to post a question on a "discussion group" and good luck getting an answer. its been 9 days so far.

Caller ID lookup does not work in Australia, even though the advertiseing on the boxs sold in Australia lists it as a feature. Alarms Dialog box can be unstable. E-mail system can be unstable. Ability to be able to paste BMP images into ACT wordprocessor templates seems to have been removed from recent versions
