Pros
It's moderately priced.
Cons
The interface looks like it hasn't been updated since 1995. The user experience is just about as current. The burns "fail" with no explanation, constantly. No indication of what might be happening, no guidance about what to do about it. Oh, but they sure to destroy the discs in the process! Ah... make that 5 DVDs now. It relies on X11 (which means Quartz for Mac users for a few years now.. if you aren't using latest versions it will fail). I expect such requirements for freeware. For $35 software I expect it to work all on its own, or to know how to evoke the required helper program on its own. Old and sloppy programming thinking all over this experience. Pawning off the work to the user. If you're going to sell a title for mac, make it work on a mac. If you aren't into screwing around with your computer to get a simple task done, this is not the solution you're looking for.
Summary
You get what you pay for. In the case of video handling of any kind, that means lots of frustration. Enough to garner reviews like this. What a huge waste of my money and time. I'll reiterate, if you aren't into screwing around with your computer to get a simple task done, this is not the solution you're looking for.
