Unlike its other foreign-language versions, the Russian version of @promt Internet Translator didn't impress us with its translations. Although entire Web page translations took mere seconds to perform, the quality of the translation was poor. We had trouble understanding both translations of general and specialized texts. That said, we do like the ease at which you can translate Web pages. The program can be accessed either through a one-click button from the toolbar of Internet Explorer, or you can right-click a page to translate. @promt Internet Translator also preserves the original formatting of the Web page. Overall, @promt Internet Translator is efficient and is a great tool for general translating, but the Russian-English version could be improved considerably.
