From Nova Media:
iSync plugins allows to synchronise contacts as well as calendar entries between a Mac and a cell phone. The application extends the abilities of the built in iSync application of Mac OS X, so that iSync is able to synchronise with more than 295 additional cell phones from LG, Motorola, Nokia, Samsung and Sony Ericsson. In addition, iSync plugins sustain the amenities of iSync to e.g. synchronise selected address book groups or to only synchronise contacts which include telephone numbers.
thank you for your interest in the iSync plugins. If our support can not get the software to work (with your help) then we galdly refund the purchase price. We kindly ask you to deauthorize the software first, so no one can use it once you get your money back. Perhaps you forgot to do this and did not e-mail us again? However, just e-mail me to firstname.lastname@example.org to sort things out.
A couple weeks ago I bought a Samsung Rugby II phone and downloaded this plugin. However, it only supported the original Rugby. I contacted support and was given a full refund. A few days later their developer sent a newer version to test and it worked great. Now iSync identifies my camera and I can import all contacts with ease. Now that is good customer service.
This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com. I'm using Novemedia iSync plugins for two months and thanks to it I can use my phone with my mac.
Moreover it's better than the official Nokia plugin of my old phone (sync contacts with their picture).
I advice it for all Mac user.

This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com. My Razr V3xx is supposedly supported by iSync, but I couldn't get it to work. It was identified as "unsupported" because AT&T tweaked the identifying name (they called it a V3xxR). I searched the web and couldn't find a plugin that worked. AT&T couldn't help me. Several vendors suggested that their software would work fine with my new phone if I had a PC (thanks).
When I contacted Nova Media, they sent me a Mac utility that read my phone and created a profile document that I sent back to them. They said the V3xx IS supported and all I needed was to add the V3xxR identifying name to my hardware list in iSync. They even sent me a small Mac utility to make the change for me. Now it works beautifully!
My thanks to the folks at Nova Media. They didn't actually send me a new plugin, they just fixed the one I had (that should have worked). They did it for me in just two email exchanges in less than a week when I had struggled for months with several other vendors. I recommend the company highly for understanding their product and for providing superior support.
This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com. The v6 Product was seamless and transparent!
the v7 product has introduced a control panel interface which allows up-to 2 phones but it is impossible to change a plugin once selected (people change phones occasionally!) and it is no longer a transparent interface. You have to add the new phone as a second one and then you can no longer do any changes as once a phone is added it cannot be removed..
serious bug here
KEEP the 6.x version if you can until they fix this especially if you use 2 phones and change them regularly.

All works very well with iSync. Thank you for your great support.
