From Zelek Software :The iPod Music Liberator allows you to copy music, playlists, and ratings from your iPod to any computer, filling in a missing feature of iTunes. You see, iTunes only allows for a one way transfer of music from your computer to your iPod. But what if you want to move music to another authorized computer. What if you want to make a backup of your music. What if your computer crashes and you lose all of the music on your computer. What if you buy a new computer and need to move your music.
Version 4.7 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

Version: iPod Music Liberator 4.7
Pros: Easily transfer songs from your iPod to your computer with all the information, artist, album, and song name. Use is simple just click the song and then click copy.
Cons: I only tried the trial version, but you can only copy five songs at once. So if you have a thousand songs it takes a while. Copying only four limits a popup and makes it faster.

Version: iPod Music Liberator 4.7
Cons: Software does not work with Vista and Jared gives a million excuses to keep working on. After three months gave up on working and asked for refund. Correspondence from Jared and Zelek Software has ceased. Avoid this company!

Version: iPod Music Liberator 4.7
"Too expensive for too little functionality"
Pros: You can copy music from your iPod.
Cons: 24 dollars just to copy music is a lot, especially when you can just enable disk access, copy the music yourself and then get Media Player to rename the tunes and download the images yourself. 5 dollars might be worth it. But i'm not going to pay 24!
