This program lets you easily get rid of your Web-surfing history, but it mostly duplicates functionality already found in Internet Explorer. eCleaner's interface isn't likely to confuse even brand-new users, as the main window basically just displays a few check boxes. Options include the ability to clean up your Internet Explorer history and Recent Documents list, as well as a tool for erasing space-hogging temporary files. Sure, the application does its simple jobs quickly enough, but it lacks other privacy features we like to see, including support for alternative browsers, the ability to clean up after third-party applications, a scheduler, and a file shredder. If you don't know how to manually get rid of your Internet tracks using IE, this app will do the trick, but even moderately experienced users will want something more powerful.Publisher's description

Pros: This is a good piece of small program, it really did the job and it speeds up the browsing time.
Cons: Not many functions.

Pros: see cons
Cons: eCleaner is not a free licensed program but a trial. It has a 40 day time limit then if you want to use this software further you must buy the full version for 13 dollars. The trial version didn't even work. It told me the 40 day trial was up while I was trying to install it for the first time.
