You need to have a development environment that supports ActiveX controls, such as Microsoft Visual Basic, Microsoft IIS with ASP, Microsoft Visual C++, Borland Delphi etc. Sample programs for MS Visual Basic, MS Visual C++ and Borland Delphi are included in the package. This version is completely free for non-commercial and evaluation purposes (a commercial version is also avalible for purchase, this version has no functionality limitations)."
