Not only does ZoomBrowser EX provide a simple straightforward procedure for everything from downloading, organizing and editing images through to printing your images or sending them as e-mail attachments, it also offers a range of features specifically designed to combine with and make the most of your camera's functions. Some of these features are RAW image processing, panorama image composition, and a remote shooting function that lets you control the camera from your PC. ZoomBrowser EX -- software that knows your camera and will change your total digital camera experience.

Pros: - Organize photos
- Allows Irfanview to read .CR2 files.Cons: THIS IS AN UPDATE TO ZOOM BROWSER - AS MENTIONED BY jopower, YOU NEED THE OEM ALREADY INSTALLED.
Summary: I found a copy of Zoombrowser 2.2 at _www.photo-freeware.net/zoombrowser-ex.php_ and this CNET download updated it to 6.3.1 perfectly!

"This is NOT the program! It's only an updater!!"
Pros: none zip nada
Cons: Again, you are only getting the updater. You must have the OEM program installed from the Canon CD. I could not find any place to get the OEM on the Canon site. EVIL CANON!!!

Version: ZoomBrowser EX 6.3.1
"Loads of features well beyond Irfanview"
Pros: Displays photos as in an album. You can click on photo, edit it, enlarge any part of it, see larger sizes two at a time, etc. Amazing album software.
Cons: No support. I have an older version than this one and it does something I don't like and there seems to be no place to get help.
Summary: Still best free album software available. Canon's software has to be good, just wish they supported it.
