Summary
I am now on Win 7. Started having problems with this in Vista. All of a sudden it can't find my Canon SD500 after years of OK with XP. Support not there. I am migrating to the HP photo management stuff and kissing this goodbye. It WAS very intuitive and easy to use, but if it can't see my camera what the H good is it??? I am outta here. Signed disgusted in Florida (check Google for other disgusteds)

Again, you are only getting the updater. You must have the OEM program installed from the Canon CD. I could not find any place to get the OEM on the Canon site. EVIL CANON!!!

Pros
Displays photos as in an album. You can click on photo, edit it, enlarge any part of it, see larger sizes two at a time, etc. Amazing album software.
Cons
No support. I have an older version than this one and it does something I don't like and there seems to be no place to get help.
Summary
Still best free album software available. Canon's software has to be good, just wish they supported it.
