These Asians are cheats. They take your money and refuse to honor refunds. That's the ONE good thing i can say

There is NO support for this product. One to three days simply to get a reply by email. There is a ZERO refund policy. I paid for two versions and after over a hundred dollars they said NO DEAL to a refund. I have never gotten this product to work and cannot get any support. Who on earth provides support by email anyway?
Summary
I am angry with CNET because they do not pay attention to user problems in their inflated reviews. I think they are a "Bought" company.

Summary
Would not open an encrypted iPhone back up file (via iTunes). Software would lock up. I noticed an update was available so I downloaded that. The DMG was unable to extract. Spent days writing back & forth with no resolution. Finally demanded my $79 back and they said no deal. I usually investigate software companies before I buy but I was in a rush here. This is garbage coding from China (over 25 files on my computer when i removed it). Used iPhone Back up Extractor (made in UK) with complete success. Was able to recover all my precious photo files from a recent event. Avoid this software - total scam.

Expensive time suck that just crashes. Fairly computer literate fellow. Tried on 2 different computers with current OS installed. Crash crash crash. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY - THEY COUNT ON YOU BEING DESPERATE!

This software came through! I was completely desperate. My iphone 6s (not jailbroke) was stuck at the apple logo on bootup. I tried ALL of the button press combinations I found online. Tried every youtube video trick. Nothing worked. I downloaded Dr Fone software and it FIXED my phone. I was a little worried that it would wipe out my data but it literally fixes it and restores your phone back to it's full working state. It's an absolute life saver. Worth every penny.
All deleted photos are found. Super!!

All deleted photos are found. Took about 30 minutes. The program installation does not take much time. If you know English, then everything goes much faster. I will use the program in cases of emergency. Hope for successful recovery of important to me photos.

Intuitive, easy to use. IPAD was stuck not updating.. Used "IOS Repair to Normal" was able to complete update. ITunes only offered to "reset to factory defaults and loose all my data.

It's obvious that the five-star reviews for this product are fake reviews posted by the company. I looked at many of the recent 5-star review users (TongDoug, wangglei, jimsonyoung, ergmulti3, lawfyer, bubleoo, cyreneyang, the+it+blogger, fnatictich). All of them have reviewed *ONLY* Wondershare software products (and usually 2 or 3 of them on the same day), all of them are brief reviews, all of them gave 5-stars to all of the Wondershare products. In some cases, reviewing both the Android and iOS versions of the Dr.Fone application (Really? You want us to believe that you have an Android and iPhone, and used the "recover" application on both of them?) It's obvious that the five-star reviews are fake. Are there *any* real reviews of this product that are good? Look at Amazon.com, and the reviews there are also very negative (83% of reviewers gave it 1 star there).
