"woca female calender is not working"

Pros: please try to find the problel of not excuting Woca female calender. This is the 8th time to download the nice looking program but unfotunately the following massage appear on my computer & terminate the program before runing
{ The application failed to initialize properly (Oxc0000135). Click OK to terminate the application}

Cons: Please try to fix Woca program problem. It is of utmost importance to me
