When your PC is misbehaving wouldn't it be easier to press just one button instead of hitting Ctrl-Alt-Del to close programs? Wise Memory Optimizer will optimize your computer's memory on demand, as often as you like. You won't even have to close any programs.

This program's interface is very simple and neat. It graphs your system's memory on a pie chart so you know how much memory you're using and how much free memory you have. There is a large green button you need to click to optimize your memory usage. There are also some basic settings at hand and you can choose your preferred language. Not only can Wise Memory Optimizer trim memory usage instantly, it can be programmed to start itself. As long as it's open, you can tell the program to optimize your memory when it reaches critical levels. That way you never have to deal with a crash when you're in the middle of something. Even though we found this program to be quite useful, there were some drawbacks. It lacks diagnostic features and hard-drive-analyzing tools, so you won't know what's causing the problems. It doesn't really indicate how it's making performance better without closing programs, either.

This program won't impress you much if you're an overclocker or otherwise tech-savvy, as you could probably do most of the things it does by yourself without trouble. However, if opening up Task Manager and looking at system processes is like reading Latin to you, you'll love Wise Memory Optimizer. It gives you the performance you crave without you ever needing to crack open a computer manual.
