"A use once and then delete type of program"
Pros: Free and simple. VERY simple.
Cons: Not really useful for tweaking. As one reviewer says, "it is just for modifying the screen saver".
Summary: If you want to fully "tweak" all the windows settings then this is not for you. The ubiquitous "Tweak UI" does a better job.
