Version: WebMail Assistant 1.6
Pros
none to write
Cons
Does not do what it is suppose to. Tech support is a joke or a ghost.

"It doesn't work and there is no tech support."
Version: WebMail Assistant 1.6
Pros
There is nothing good to say about this product.
Cons
This software refused to work from the start and the people who were glad to take my money refused to even reply to my requests for tecnical support.
Summary
I installed the product as instructed and used it to open my webmail. With an email opened in the software's viewing pane I tried to save it to a local folder. With the email in the background I got an error message stating: 'Unable to read message. Are you sure message is displayed?" Obviously, with the email displayed in the viewing window I was sure it was displayed. I tried with different email messages and got the same results.
What really bothers me though, is for the next two weeks I emailed the company at the email address listed with the software and on my web receipt and they refused to even reply.
The only thing this software is good for is to waste your time -- and money.
I had to contact my credit card company and dispute the charge since they wouldn't answer my pleas for help. -
"Could be SO much better!"
Version: WebMail Assistant 1.6
Pros
It's nice to be able to save the emails to the hard drive, which is why I downloaded this program in the first place.
Cons
1. Hard to use. At first it didn't work at all, then it decided to work.
2. If you get emails in any other language than English- don't even bother downloading this. It won't accept the scripts.
3. Saves only text, not photo attachments (which is good and bad, but you's want to have the option to choose)
4. Never got a reply to my email to support.
5. It costs money! I'd pay, to get this if it was WAY more improved than what it is now.
