Pros
I just tried it today. I am not sure how vpn works but the site that was blocked by the government is now freely available. I was getting download at the full speed possible for the specific ISP. It is also very inexpensive especially with unlimited data. Some amount of sharing is permitted.
Cons
I can't have a torrent client running simultaneously. This is of no importance as I will be getting an Android based mini-pc where I have very successfully used torrent clients at full available bad speed. Too bad I can't share it with my android device.
Summary
I think this is the best thing going. Will give it a try one more day and if it works the way it did today I am going for it.
