  I was hopeful that this would work, but it would not completely download. I have a severe problem with this stupid worm, as it had hijacked my email and send crap to hundreds in my email address book.   The software works,u need to have your system in top shape,before hand.Run spyware and have a good firewall installed.Its not the computers fault,Its the users.

  I hopefully ran this program from Symantic. But my (cable modem) Internet connect is still the pits, and I'm still getting emails like, "The Declude Virus software on magicnet.mn has reported that you sent an E-mail to emiweb@magicnet.mn, containing the : W32/Sobig.F@mm virus..." It's very slick, but the program hasn't done the job for me.
