User Account Manager manages user accounts for Windows NT/2000/2003 and Microsoft Exchange. It creates user home and profile directories with NTFS permissions, resets passwords, unlocks accounts, changes group memberships, deletes user profiles, and runs custom scripts, and more. User Account Manager supports windows Terminal Server, and includes an import function which allows bulk users to be imported via CSV files. Also can delete/move multiple accounts.
