  Amazing that CNET is allowing you to download a "Trojan guarder" when a Google search will tell you that CNET's own downloader program IS a trojan! Good program but don't download it from here.

  Go to Google and enter "Cnet is accused of bundling malware with downloads" and see the results you'll get.

  Despite the glowing reviews I read about thins program it didn't do a thing to help me clean my computer. I already knew I had four trojans on my computer (residuals from another program I got off here) Anyway, I was looking for something to help me remove them. After I downloaded this and tried a full scan it kept coming up with all these bogus viruses and infections, and then the program would automatically crash and stop working. I only had four instead of the 17 that this program was leading me to believe. Afterall, I don't believe my HP Printer is a virus (that I know of) I unistalled it immediately! My suggestion is "Malwarebytes" or "IObit Malware Fighter" if you want a real program that's going to do something.

  I am so far very pleased with this product. As I said in the one-line summary, it does what it is supposed to do and does it well. I have not had it installed for very long, so if there are problems with it I haven't found them yet.

  This program scans each instant in time that you use your computer , moving from webpages you can feel assured that if a virus is present it will be detected and terminated. If you open a document for example from a floppy , this program scans it automatically. I install it on my standalone computer, its just awesome watching it scanning each document without any interference whatsoever. You can do what you desire and trojan guarder scans what is necessary, the capabilities are numerous. Anyway when it comes to the nitty-gritty, the proof of the pudding is in the eating. Therefore if you try it for yourself you will experience marvellous results , instead of visualizing.

  IT LET MY PC GET KEYLOGGED, IT DOESNT STOP ALL VIRUSES, ITS NOT FREE, ITS SLOW, ITS POOR AT REMOVING VIRUSES IT FINDS!

  Seems at face value a brilliant program but be aware ?

  Could be a false prophet "scam" of hope like the copy verision of the real Malaware removal program.

  Having ran and been impressed by this program, I then ran Spy Bot which picked out Trojans actually created by this program. Then in definition summary it advised the sales scan, ie , present false problems and then charge money to work it prior to removal, then as per the false Anti Malware, once you have given them your Cred Card details, you cna never stop them from debiting your account ( I have had this problem before with Anti Malware scam) . In the end had to cancel and then renew my card. Be Aware !!! ...or unless someone can advise otherwise in defence? ..I would apprecaite and like to hear

• Crashed my computer

  None. Never got to use it.

  Cons

  It crashed explorer 3 times (once per reboot). Uninstalled after I was able to kill the program before it loaded on the reboot. Stay away!
