"Good start, a few suggestions below"
Pros: Quick, pretty comprehensive, free
Cons: Doesn't fit my screen - hard to get at buttons (full screen etc.)
In full screen, it would be good to be able to increase text size to take advantage of screen width.
Bookmarking would be a benefit. -

"This application had an error; I couldn't download it."
Pros: My inability to download it resulted in extreme disappointment: I had looked forward to being able to read Shakespeare on line.
Cons: There was no where to seek help.
Summary: Please make sure that your product works or at least that there is a help site referenced.

Pros: Having the bard on hand always.
Cons: Mine cdoes not properly fit the laptop screen even after two downloads. The Sonnets are absent, a missing romance.
Summary: One of the very best ideas yet made for the comouter, with infinite possibilties yet to come, surely.
