Version: TClock Light 040702-3
Pros: This is the best little utility to change the clock on the Windows taskbar. You have the ability to format how you want the time to look like, and you can even format it to show the date, month and year. Not only that, but you can change the color of the system taskbar where the clock sits, and set a font. Also, you can change the Windows Start Button to what you would like it to be. If you don't like the button to say "Start," then you can change it. The utility also comes with an alarm clock, a media player, amoung other things.
Cons: Nothing... I love it.

Version: TClock Light 040702-3
Pros: Apparently nobody at Microsoft cares about the date, maybe it's a live for today thing or something. But I want to be able to glance down and see the date, along with day, and the time. I had TClockEx and it fit the bill admirably, and Tclock Light does it even better. It's simple, it's customizable (but the default was perfect for me), it's one of those tiny utilities that makes a big difference to my life. Thank you Mr. TClock writer!

"The BEST tray clock enhancement."
Pros: This program is freaking awesome! Exactly what I was looking for, and no bugs or problems yet either. Thanks so much to the author of this program for creating it. :)
Cons: Nothing whatsoever!
