• A major disappointment after salesperson conned me.

  It's portable. Can go Anywhere.

  Cons

  So far, no matter where it's gone, it doesn't provide anywhere near the service you would expect from a $60 a month device. I'm stuck for 20 more months with a company that has screwed me a second time.

  Summary

  Wish I had checked reviews or remembered in detail my previous experience with Sprint... before signing up!!! Never again Sprint!!!!!!!!!!

• Slow and inconsitent

  I can connect to the Internet

  too freaking slow. I was told 4g would be faster than 3g but I find that's only true if I have a stron 4g signal in my area. Keeps getting disconnected in the middle of movie downloads.

  Summary

  This product sux out loud. VERRRRRY slow.

• Bumpy Ride

  It eventually gets you connected.

  Cons

  Checking Gigs used is an insane process Updates only show notice when you start the program. They require downtime from internet and usually the program refuses to work until reboot. The update notices should show up when I disconnect.

  Summary

  For reference, I'm running this on XP. To check Gigs used (important when you have a 5g limit) you have to go online to your Sprint account (using more bandwidth), or use the tracker built into Sprintview - which is only useful if you can find it and if you reset it every time your contract rolls a new month. This should be on the front splash screen. This program occasionally reads "no modem available" or shows some other error. Only a full reboot of the system corrects the problem.
