It stops new mail notifications for spam and hides greyed-out items in IMAP accounts. It fully supports POP3, IMAP, Exchange, and Hotmail/MSN.
Version 1.2 is the first release under the GNU GPL license.

Version: SpamIntelligence for Outlook 1.2
Pros: It's free, based on CalmAV and SpamAssasin and it's interface is pretty good. I like that it alerts you when you get new non-spam email.
Cons: The plugin is slow and despite being based on SpamAssasin seems to let a lot more through than the also free Spam Aware 5.
